I have lived in London all my life, and it is getting better. During the 70s the shit that was floating in the air war unbelievable. If you wanted to see the London sky line you could bareley see 100 meters. The traffic in the city centre has droped by over 70% since introducing congestion charges. The only problem now is the area around Heathrow and Northolt and the M25. I agree not enough is being done, but they have introduced buses that release no polution, gas taxis, and doubled the ammount of buses. The only problem now is the London Underground. Oh and rich idiots who think its neccessary to own a car in London. Why, I do not know.
